How to Use Snooze

 

Snooze consists of two nostril expanders and a connector-cord made of high quality medical grade silicone.

The expanders are connected with the connector-cord for easy removal if necessary. This comes in handy if you only need one expander (for deviated septum for example), or if you need a different size expander for each nostril.

Firmly insert the nostril expanders into each nostril. For additional comfort, we recommend that you rinse the expanders in warm water before use or hold them in your hands a few minutes.

Once the expanders are inserted correctly, you can sleep, lie down, and perform most types of physical activity. If discomfort occurs, refrain from using. If one nostril opening is slightly smaller than the other, you may need to use a different size for each nostril.

 

Cleaning:

Snooze should be cleaned with soap and lukewarm water before use.

Durability:

With frequent use, Snooze should last approximately 6 months.

Storage:

Snooze should be stored in a dry environment at room temperature.
