Nasaline® was invented by a team of Swedish Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists in June 2000. Working with sinus patients over the years, these specialists recognized a need for a nasal irrigation device that was effective, easy to use, and affordable.
ENTpro, founded in Stockholm in 2000 by Peter Åhnblad, a doctor and specialist in ear, nose and throat diseases and Susanne Lagerqvist Åhnblad, a nurse with profiling in ear, nose and throat diseases for the development, production and marketing of medical devices. ENTpro is a short form for Ear-, Nose- and Throat Professionals.
CAMEXCO founded in 1996 by Hans Kahlau and renamed SQUIP in 2007, started selling the Nasaline Nasal Rinsing System in the United States and Canada in 2002. Over the years the product line grew to include ear care and pediatric products.
ENTpro and SQUIP were purchased by the owners of NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2018.
